A sudden decrease in caffeine prompts headaches, mood swings and irritability.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:Verdana,Arial,Helvetica;font-size:85%;"  &gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:85%;"  &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:Verdana,Arial,Helvetica;font-size:85%;"  &gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:85%;"  &gt;Smoking is a health risk factor. Avoid smoking cigarettes. If you cannot give up smoking, cut down gradually starting a few weeks before Ramadan. Smoking negatively affects utilization of various vitamins, metabolites and enzyme systems in the body.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:Verdana,Arial,Helvetica;font-size:85%;"  &gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:85%;"  &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:Verdana,Arial,Helvetica;font-size:85%;"  &gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:85%;"  &gt;Do not forget to brush or &lt;i&gt;Miswak &lt;/i&gt;(tender &lt;i&gt;neem &lt;/i&gt;tree branch, &lt;i&gt;Azhardicta indica&lt;/i&gt; or other appropriate plant in a country, about 1/4-1/2 inch diameter and 6-8 inches length, tip partially chewed and made brush like). Brush your teeth before sleep and after &lt;i&gt;sahur. &lt;/i&gt;Brush more than two times or as many times as practicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:Verdana,Arial,Helvetica;font-size:85%;"  &gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:85%;"  &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:Verdana,Arial,Helvetica;font-size:85%;"  &gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:85%;"  &gt;Normal or overweight people should not gain weight. For overweight people Ramadan is an excellent opportunity to lose weight. Underweight or marginally normal weight people are discouraged from losing weight. Content must be unique,never published anywhere. Associated Content pays for articles, images, audio and videos. In this session we will be covering articles only. As posting articles is the most paying option.Associated Content pays between $2-10 for each article submitted. The average is 4 dollars.Which is pretty good money if you don’t write the articles! If you do write the articles it is very less money. But using the methods shown here you can post tens of articles a day and you can make more than hundred dollars/day. The only trick is using multiple accounts and checking all the articles with copyscape.com which will be explained later in this section.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;How Associated Content pays?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Associated Content pays in two different ways. First one is upfront payments and second one is performance payments. Upfront payments is the best one as it pays upfront, and you become eligible for performance payments as well. Performance payments are only paid for performance of the articles. Associated Content pays $1.5 for every thousand impressions. In this section I only cover upfront payments. And you should go for upfront payments only. Go and create an account using your real name and Paypal address.CLICK &lt;a href="http://www.associatedcontent.com/join.html?refer=451925"&gt;HERE&lt;/a&gt; to Join Associated Content&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then fill up the W9 tax form with your tax ID and fax it to Associated Content. This is important as Associated Content wont be paying more than 600 dollars to users without a tax form. So you better do it before starting. After you have created your account, click on PUBLISH.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then you have to choose the category. Choose the appropriate category from the list. For example if your article is a computer card review choose “review”, if it is a guide on “how to open a swiss account” then choose “guide”.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then you will chose the payment method. This is the most important part. You should choose upfront payments only. Choose a creative title. And post the article.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After you post the article, Associated Content editors review the article and it gets approved within 7 days. After it gets approved you will get your money via Paypal in 1-2 days.Associated Content sends separate payments for each article so there is no minimum payment limit. Performance payments are paid in monthly basis.
